Health Information Management maintains patient-specific data and information to assist in the patient care process, to facilitate continuity of care, and to serve as the financial and legal record of treatment. The department is open to the public Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To obtain copies of medical records, current photo identification is required.
