Read through the questions below and answer each one true or false. If you have 2 or more true responses, or if any of the symptoms below occur more than 2-3 times per week, you may wish to consult with your physician, or call the McKenzie-Willamette Sleep Solutions Center, 744-8525, to learn more about sleep disorders and sleep therapy.
