McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center and the University of Oregon have partnered to offer COVID-19 testing to the community. Please take a minute to review the information regarding the specifics on getting tested and receiving the results.
Getting Tested:
- You need a COVID-19 Requisition form signed by a provider.
- Bring the signed requisition form with you to the testing location.
- Testing location:
- McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center (1460 G Street)
- Follow the signage on G Street or the security guards directing traffic
- Hours of Operation
- Every Day 9am – 5pm
- Please note that you could experience up to 2 ½ hour wait depending on the demand for test on any given day.
Obtaining Results:
- Results will be given to the provider that signed on the requisition form within 48 hours after your testing. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE HOSPITAL FOR THE RESULTS – LEGALLY WE CANNOT RELEASE THE RESULTS TO YOU – THEY MUST GO TO THE PROVIDER THAT REQUESTED THE TEST.
